Refund Policy
Our return policy lasts for 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange if 30 days have passed.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It should also be in its original packaging.
We also do not accept returns for gift cards/vouchers.
To complete a return, you need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please be aware that in some cases, only partial refunds will be granted, such as if the item is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not caused by our error. We also cannot accept items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item. We will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company. If needed, contact your bank as well. If you still haven't received your refund, please contact us at admin@corruptaustralia.com.au.
Please note that only regular priced items are eligible for refunds, and sale items cannot be refunded.
If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item, please send us an email at admin@corruptaustralia.com.au.
If the item was marked as a gift, a gift credit will be issued for the value of your return once we receive the item. If the item was not marked as a gift, we will issue a refund to the gift giver.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for an exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the returned item.
